A BREATHWORK JOURNEY TO RECEIVE
Our intention is to create a safe and nourishing space for us to drop into the heart space with tenderness and softness. For the heart to receive the medicine of loving breath and for us to receive the medicine of our hearts.

Join us for a group breathwork session led by two facilitators from Alchemy Of Breath school, Marta (House of Breath) & Marta (Rewild & Play).

We will open the session by dropping in, into the space, into our bodies, into the heart space.

We will introduce you to the conscious connected breath method and create a safe space for all of us to breathe together.

We will go into the breathwork, laying down on a mat with blankets and pillows.
An hour breath journey accompanied by music, guidance and touch (if desired).

We will come back slowly and gently to integrate the experience with a sharing circle, grounding practices, tea & snacks.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative practice and pure magic when shared in a group setting. You will be guided through the entire experience and you don't need to do anything else, but show up, exactly the way you are, no need to prepare, no need to change anything. No previous experience to breathwork is necessary neither.
